Once you’ve placed an order at Cyclone Valves, you will receive two emails if you choose to include a valid email address, one confirms your order for future reference, the other includes important shipping information, including your UPS tracking number. If we have difficulty processing your order or there are complications related to shipping and delivering your package, you may also receive email contact. However, all customer service representatives are trained to identify themselves as representatives of Cyclone Valves LLC and to disclose the reason for contact only to the person whose name appears on the order.

Shipping & Returns Policies:
Standard shipping orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days – with the normal time being one business day. Priority is given to 3-day and overnight orders and these will always be shipped the next business day, provided that the items are in stock. We require the correct billing address to be entered during the checkout process, this is purely for the billing process as we employ address verification to prevent fraudulent charges. We can not process an order where the billing address entered does not match the cardholders address. If you address verification does not match, we will send you an email to advise you that your order has been cancelled. Your credit card will be billed by Cyclone Valves LLC for your privacy. If an item is out of stock, you will be emailed regarding the back order and once the item arrives in stock, your order will be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email of your order after it has been placed. Please be sure to include the correct email address so you can receive your order confirmation. We will not send any other emails not regarding your order and we do not share your email address with anyone else.

Privacy We ship with brown boxes with no reference to the contents, it is discreet for your privacy. The packing list is located inside the box with a list of the products that are in the order. Our shipping method is very discreet, not even the delivery person will know what is inside the box.
There are three shipping options you may choose from: Ground will take 5-7 business days. 3 Day shipping will take 3 business days. Overnight will take 2 business days. Undeliverable Packages Please verify that your billing and shipping information entered is correct. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information will delay the processing of your order. An undeliverable package is a package that was returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In the event that this occurs, we refund the subtotal back to your card. We cannot refund the shipping charge as it is simply a fee that we pass along to our customers. We cannot re-ship the order, you must place the order again. Return Policy – Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product upon receipt.
